Tickets are $100 each or a 3-Pack for $250. Guidelines for purchasing a 3-Pack for $250 are as follows:
• Only ONE method of payment.
• Only ONE mailing address.
• Only ONE envelope will be mailed containing all THREE tickets.
• Up to THREE names may be recorded on a ticket. (All three tickets must contain the same information.)

*In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of midnight, April 17, then all draws would begin on April 25 at 7:00 a.m. The first draw would be for the Early Bird Prize. This would be followed by draws for all remaining prizes, starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the Grand Prizes. The top 10 prize draws would be made April 30, 2008, live on Citytv's BreakfastTelevision from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at 103 Grand Vellore Crescent, Woodbridge.
**In the event that tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird draw would be made on April 30, 2008 at Citytv, 299 Queen St. W., Toronto M5V 2Z5 between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The final deadline for ticket sales is midnight, May 1. The remaining draws would then begin on May 9 at 7:00 a.m. starting with the lowest valued prize and concluding with the Grand Prizes. The top 10 prize draws would be made May 14, 2008, live on Citytv's BreakfastTelevision from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at 103 Grand Vellore Crescent, Woodbridge.
After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number then goes back for the next draw. Tickets purchased before the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for all 34,555 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird deadline will be eligible for the remaining 34,554 draws.

Contest guidelines prohibit the following individuals and all of their immediate family members residing in the same household from purchasing a ticket: Board members and employees of The Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Members of the UHN Board of Trustees and Executive Team, PMH executive team, MiraTel Solutions Inc. employees, members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program.
The official ticket is a receipt of purchase. It is the responsibility of ticket purchasers to ensure that they receive their ticket/s; however, purchasers do not need their ticket/s in hand in order to be included in the respective draw/s.
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or have been verified as paid for, are eligible to be entered for the respective draw/s. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Ontario. The liability of the licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by the licensee for publicity purposes. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. Total prize value over $13 million. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
All winners will be notified in writing by MiraTel Solutions Inc. as to what they have won and where to claim their prizes. Major prize winners will be published in the Toronto Star and a complete list of winners will be posted online at HelpConquerCancer.ca.

Prizes will be awarded to the individual/s named on the official ticket. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. Vehicles are awarded free of any hidden costs. It shall be the responsibility of a winner to license and insure vehicles from the time of their ownership. When applicable, ownership papers must be registered within one month of the prize
being awarded or substantial completion of the Princess Margaret Home Lottery 2008 For Cancer Research.
The following vehicle prizes must be accepted as awarded: the 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 Sedan awarded with each Grand Prize Showhome. Winners of other vehicle prizes must choose one of two vehicles offered per draw or take a cash alternative as follows:

Vacation prizes will be awarded as cheques payable to the primary ticketholder for the value of the trip as described in the lottery brochure at the time of printing. The prize winner may contact the prize supplier to make travel arrangements should they wish to take the trip as described. There is no requirement that vacation prize funds be used towards a travel purchase.
